Terms of use

These terms govern use of trustflare.tech and TrustFlare. By using the service, you accept them. Paid use is covered by a separate agreement; these terms apply to the extent they do not conflict with that agreement.

1. Who we are

The service operator is TrustFlare (trustflare.tech), referred to as “we” or the “Operator”. Legal enquiries: [email protected].

TrustFlare provides device trust: corporate systems such as Keycloak, Authentik and compatible systems accept only devices known and approved by the organization. The core runs in TrustFlare cloud by default; customer-hosted delivery is offered under Ultimate.

2. What we provide

We provide the public website and documentation; TrustFlare software (agent, mobile app, backend core and identity-provider adapters) under the applicable licence; and, under a separate agreement, pilots, support and commercial open-core features.

  • Open-source components are governed by the licences in their respective repositories.
  • Commercial features and support are provided by subscription under an agreement.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and comply with the Acceptable use policy. Do not bypass security controls, interfere with the service or use it for surveillance that violates applicable law.

4. Accounts and pilot data

Pilot requests include contact and infrastructure details. Processing is described in the Privacy policy. You are responsible for lawfully providing employee data and configuring your self-hosted deployment.

5. Intellectual property

The Operator owns the website, trademarks and proprietary components. Open-source components remain subject to their licences. No rights are transferred except those expressly granted.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and materials are provided “as is”, without a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The product is at an early stage and features may change. Commercial warranties are defined by your agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or data loss arising from the website or free components. Liability for paid services is governed by the agreement.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is published here with its date. Governing law and jurisdiction are determined by the agreement or, absent an agreement, the Operator’s place of establishment.
